Shipping & Returns

Any delivery date shall be taken as an indication of delivery and Avitas Global LTD cannot be held responsible for the late delivery or installation of any equipment no matter how caused. Avitas Global LTD shall not be liable for any actual or consequential loss suffered as a result of late delivery. Goods paid for online should be delivered within two weeks however delivery times are variable dependant on supplies and build times for custom systems. Any Item that does not require a custom Build, in this case any system apart from a RAID system shall be delivered within 2 weeks from order. RAID Systems will be delivered within 3 weeks of order. However in practice Items should be delivered within 10 working days.

All products supplied by Avitas Global LTD are subject to the manufacturers warrantee and Avitas Global LTD shall only be liable in as much as Avitas Global LTD are entitled to make a claim against the manufacturer for DOA or in warrantee equipment. Refunds shall only be made when Avitas Global LTD have obtained themselves a refund from the manufacturer under whatever warrantee exists if any. If a defective product is replaced or a credit note issued then this shall be the whole of our liability to the client.

Ownership of all goods and services remains with Avitas Global LTD until payment is received in full. Responsibility and risk of damage of goods shall pass to the client on delivery weather or not payment for the goods has been received.

Products may only be accepted as a return in their original unopened packaging unless they are in warrantee or DOA returns.

The Client is responsible for ensuring the suitability of any products or services supplied and if after the client has made a purchase a product or service is found to be not necessary Avitas Global LTD shall not be held liable for any refund or claim.
